y goal is to form durable working relationships with my clients, whether they are entrepreneurs forming new ventures, established enterprises seeking counseling or advocacy in their operations, or individuals needing legal guidance for important events and decisions in their personal lives.To best serve a client's needs, particularly the needs of individuals and small businesses, legal counsel should be accessible, responsive, and flexible in fee structure. I strive to incorporate each of these qualities into my practice, while also striving to provide services of the highest calibre.
As a solo practitioner, I can provide clients with a high degree of personal attention. In addition, my office can manage complex litigation and other projects requiring a team of professionals.
