Biography Steve Navaro is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, but has resided in Littleton, Colorado since 1975. He formerly worked as a design engineer for Samsonite Corporation from 1975 through 1977. Since that time, he has founded and operated a successful real estate brokerage company, Hallmark Properties, which specializes in residential and commercial properties. During the mid-1980's, he helped form Hallmark Consolidated Management, Inc., which handled property management for over 1200 apartment units in the metropolitan Denver area. In 1987, he formed COMAC Corporation, which acquired distressed real estate, and which eventually evolved into a successful mortgage lending institution. His 18 years of practical real estate experience, together with syndication and foreclosure expertise, led him to pursue a legal career. While operating two successful companies, he attended law school at night at Denver University, graduating in 1995. He is happily married and has three children, and one grandchild.
